Claudia and Daniel made this whole experience so easy and seamless. From first contact, to choosing our kitten, to picking her up and beyond nothing has been too big or too small. You can tell they love their cats and put a lot of time and effort into their kittens. With a converted garage as a play area for the cats and kittens it's brilliant. To start with I had a video call with Claudia where she explained everything and let me ask any questions I had. Once the kittens had been born she let me know and then started sending some photos. We arranged a date to see the kittens at 4 weeks old and choose which would be ours. We had such a friendly, warm invite into their home, saw all their cats, saw the play area and was introduced to Thor (the dad to the kittens). We spent a good 45 mins with the kittens to be able to ask more questions, get to know the kittens and we weren't rushed into any decisions at all. Once we had chosen our kitten (or in our case our kitten chose us) we were sent plenty of photos and videos so we could see how she was getting on. Our questions were always answered no matter how silly the question may have felt and even when they were going away for a few days they let us know. You can tell all the kittens and cats are so well cared for and loved! We were sent updates at every stage ie vet visits, vaccinations etc, and felt very comfortable that they were transparent with everything, we saw the paperwork from mum and dad too, to show they are clear of PKD etc. Even past picking our kitten up Claudia is still in touch, making sure she had settled in well and we weren't having any problems. We are now the ones sending photos and videos to Claudia and she loves receiving them. I would throughly recommend Luckyblue!

Claudia made the experience of buying our second British Shorthair cat so easy and pleasurable. We love the breed, and so we were keen to have another BSH kitten when the time came. I heard about Claudia after doing extensive research in anticipation for wanting a male British Blue. Claudia and her husband Daniel could not have been more helpful and reassuring with the whole process, and provided unconditional honesty and care to myself and my partner from the first phone call to picking him up. It was unmistakably obvious how much they cared for each kitten, providing daily updates with videos, pictures and various links to things we might need for when he comes home with us. Even now, two weeks on from bringing him home, Claudia is keen to know how he is getting on and provides any additional advice or support if needed. I purchased a British Shorthair lilac kitten after doing extensive research to ensure I found a breeder approved by the right bodies. I was so grateful to come across Lucky Blue and Claudia. We initially had a 30-minute call when the kitten was just three days old (I believe I was on a short waiting list). Claudia took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Once I agreed to go ahead, she sent me updates several times a week — from photos to health progress reports — which was incredibly reassuring. When we visited in December, we were warmly welcomed into her home and shown all the kittens and their parents. As a first-time pet owner, I had lots of questions, and Claudia was so patient and informative, sharing so much helpful advice. After paying the deposit, she sent me a detailed list of everything I would need for the kitten’s arrival, complete with links — which made preparing so much easier. From December until collection day on February 15th, I received regular updates. Even when she was going on holiday, she let me know in advance in case I didn’t hear from her. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful, healthy, and very happy British Shorthair lilac. Our vet has confirmed he is in perfect condition. What’s even more impressive is that Claudia continues to check in after collection to see how he’s doing. Whenever I have questions, she responds almost instantly. I have already recommended Lucky Blue to my family and friends. Honestly, I feel so lucky to have found Claudia — she truly cares about her kittens and the families they go to.

We got a kitten for our daughter from Claudia and didn’t know much about cats. She helped us with lots of very good advice and most importantly her and her husband are very honest people. The aftercare is also brilliant as she takes a strong interest in the kitten even after it has been taken home by a customer. Her and her husband are very ethical breeders as they genuinely want their kittens to be in good hands. He was litter trained from the day we got him and was clearly reared in a loving environment because his temperament, his playfulness and genuine nature is amazing. We had the pleasure of meeting Claudia last week prior to us going on holiday. This is the first time I have ever used a cat sitting service as we have only had our cat for just under a year. Naturally, you almost feel guilty about leaving your pet, however, having Claudia look after our cat really did leave us reassured and at ease. Claudia treated our cat as if it were her own, going above and beyond what I would expect from a standard cat sitting service.
