We had the best experience getting Mimi – Kingsbury, London

We are a family of five—two adults and three children—and initially, we were hesitant about getting a kitten, Mimi, as a birthday gift for one of our sons. We had no experience with cats and didn’t know what to expect. Thankfully, we found Daniel and Claudia, and the experience couldn’t have been better.

It all started with a video call where we could ask all our questions and see Mimi virtually. Daniel and Claudia answered everything in great detail and even provided links to recommended products we’d need. A few days later, we traveled two hours to meet Mimi in person. We had originally been interested in another kitten, but when we met Mimi, we fell in love with her instantly. Meeting her beforehand also made the transition smoother when we brought her home, as she was already familiar with us.

When it was time to bring Mimi home, Daniel and Claudia guided us through setting up her insurance and transferring her microchip. Even after we took her home, they continued to check in and answer any questions we had. To this day, they still reach out to see how Mimi is doing. It’s clear that Daniel and Claudia genuinely care about their cats and go above and beyond to ensure they find the right homes—not just make a sale. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
